We just passed the 3 week mark at our new house. That is also how long I've gone without watching TV. The sucker (32") was just too big to go anywhere in the house and I didn't bother to transfer the cable so it just sat in the dining room since moving in. We've been so busy with the move that for the most part I really don't miss it. SWMBO is amazed how long I've gone without watching poker. I used to average at least one show a night.

I must admit that I do miss HGTV and the Food Network a little bit, but besides the money we save by not paying for cable or netflix, the extra time that used to be sucked up by Poker Superstars is nice. I have no illusions that eventually succumb and get a tv, but for this short while, it's nice to be without a boob tube.
